Lutosa Roast Potatoes (12 x 600 g)

Cut randomly and prefried in selected sunflower oil, these real Lutosa frozen « Patatas Bravas » have
a unique rustic appearance thanks to their cut size - the potatoes are sliced into 8 or 12 pieces of different shapes and sizes. Although they're designed to be baked in the oven (3 % fat), there's nothing to stop you deep-frying them if you prefer.


Lutosa Pom'Princesse (12x600g)

Pom'Princesse is an innovative product made from lightly seasoned mashed potatoes with butter, preformed as a Duchesse potato of 40g and deepfrozen. Rapid and practical to work with, her main advantage is her beautiful presentation on the plate and her reduced fat content (< 3%) in comparison with a prefried Duchesse potato in the fryer.
