The Handtmann VF 600 with co-extrusion and forming device (MFD) process solution has been developed in response to the boom in convenience, organic and health products. Stand out from the competition thanks to new versatile products. This is the aim of the Koex MFD process solution. Its basic function is automated, multi-lane forming of co-extruded products. The combination of portioning accuracy with a master/slave function on the forming device facilitates perfect distribution and positioning of the inner and the outer product. The Koex MFD ensures reliable high-performance in the production of co-extruded formed products, such as meatballs and croquettes. The customer benefits from high production output and constantly accurate weights in all lanes, a very attractive product appearance due to the gentle method used, easy handling of the entire production line and perfect products for unproblematic downstream packaging.
